Interstate 17/Loop 101 Interchange Glendale Sports Complex Parking Lot Pulverize & Stabilize-Rainbow Valley Road, Goodyear Asphalt Pulverization-I-17/Loop 101 Interchange, Phoenix, Arizona To facilitate the construction of the interchange between Interstate 17 and Loop 101 at Beardsley Road, Asphalt Busters pulverized asphalt on Beardsley Road, the Interstate highway, on and off ramps and adjacent parking lots. The pulverized material was used as base for new paving and some was stock piled to use as back fill.
